3. Track Your Package

  • Simply click on the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email.
  • Alternatively, you can visit the shipping carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) and enter your tracking number manually.

4. Login to Your Account (Optional)

If you created an account with us during checkout, you can log in at any time to view your order status. Here’s how:

  1. Log into your account by clicking the Account button at the top of our website.
  2. Go to My Orders to see the status of your order and tracking information.

Common Questions About Tracking

  • Why isn’t my tracking information updating?
    Tracking information can take up to 24-48 hours to update after the shipping label is created. If your tracking details haven’t updated yet, please check again later.

  • My tracking number says “Delivered,” but I haven’t received my package.
    If this happens, please:
